During their panel at Otakon on Saturday, Discotek Media revealed an extensive lineup of upcoming home video releases, spanning classic television series, beloved theatrical films, OVA classics, and live-action titles.

Discotek will bring Lupin the IIIrd: Zenigata and the Two Lupins—the net anime prequel to the feature film Lupin the IIIrd: The Immortal Bloodline—to Blu-ray Disc later this year. The release will feature both Japanese audio with English subtitles and an English dub.
This high-stakes action net anime shifts the focus to Inspector Zenigata, Lupin’s longtime rival and occasional ally. The plot kicks off with a massive terrorist bombing at an airport in the wintry “Roviet Union” (a playful nod to the Soviet Union), with Lupin immediately framed as the mastermind. After Zenigata takes him into custody—despite Lupin’s persistent claims of innocence—the Inspector finds himself pulled into a confounding conspiracy that suggests there may be more than one Lupin running around.
The prequel originally debuted across various Japanese streaming platforms, including Amazon Prime Video, in June 2025, utilizing the franchise’s familiar cast and crew. Amazon later made the anime available for digital rental and purchase in the U.S. this past March.
In October, a brand-new Blu-ray Disc box set of the hit romantic comedy Toradora! is heading to shelves. Fans can expect Japanese audio with English subtitles, the English dub, and all the bonus features carried over from NIS America’s prior release.

Originally airing in 2008, the series follows Ryuji Takasu, a student cursed with a fierce glare that unfairly brands him a juvenile delinquent, making it tough to make friends. However, he harbors a deep crush on Minorin, one of the few classmates who doesn’t run away from him. Meanwhile, Taiga Aisaka—a pint-sized terror dubbed the “Palm-top Tiger”—happens to be Minorin’s best friend and is secretly pining for Ryuji’s best friend. The two form an unlikely alliance to help each other win over their respective crushes, navigating plenty of obstacles along the way.
The series is based on Yuyuko Takemiya’s light novels, directed by Tatsuyuki Nagai at J.C. Staff, with series composition overseen by Mari Okada.
Discotek Media is also packing all 155 episodes of Lupin III: Part II into a single standard-definition (SD) Blu-ray set scheduled for later this year. The release will offer Japanese audio with English subtitles alongside every historical English dub produced for the series.

Discotek originally licensed the legendary anime in 2015, previously distributing it across four DVD collections between 2017 and 2020. Lupin III: Part II originally broadcasted from 1977 to 1980, with select episodes later reaching U.S. television via Adult Swim in 2003.
Fans of the digital monsters can look forward to an October HD Blu-ray release of Digimon Frontier (Season 4), which will initially feature its English dub. A separate subtitled edition will follow at a later date.

The hectic gag-comedy Pani Poni Dash! is also slated for an SD Blu-ray release later this year. Directed by Akiyuki Simbo and series director Shin Ōnuma—and based on Hekiru Hikawa’s manga—the set will include both Japanese audio with subtitles and the classic English dub.

Mecha fans have plenty to celebrate with multiple Patlabor the Mobile Police announcements. The main television series is heading to Blu-ray with improved subtitles, significantly enhanced video quality over past releases, and an uncut English dub.

Additionally, Patlabor the Mobile Police: The New Files OVA series will debut on Blu-ray with the existing English dub for its first four episodes and Japanese audio with English subtitles for the full run. Discotek is also compiling “Patlabor: The Movies”—a collection featuring the three theatrical features (Patlabor: The Movie, Patlabor 2: The Movie, and Patlabor WXIII) alongside the three Mini Pato shorts—complete with both subbed and dubbed options.
The Big O will hit Blu-ray in October, gathering both seasons with Japanese subtitles and English audio. Notably, the second season will include the 5.1 audio mix of its English dub.

Samurai Pizza Cats will receive a Blu-ray release encompassing all 52 episodes, initially launching with the English dub only. A separate Japanese-language release with English subtitles will follow at a later date, utilizing newly remastered film elements and recreated title cards.

The sci-fi classic Infinite Ryvius is coming to Blu-ray this year. The release will incorporate a mix of native HD and upscaled content, featuring the English dub, the original Japanese 2.0 audio, and the Japanese 5.1 remix with subtitles.
